Emphasizing Metta (Loving kindness) and ahimsa (non-violence) even if you are doing the most demanding asanas!!
I do my best in keeping it real by practicing and studying everything I teach and preparing beautiful classes in the davannayoga style!!

I teach with spontanaety. I feel the energy of the class and go with it. Every class I teach humbles me by giving me more knowledge and experience. It doesn't matter if I'm teaching a beginner, advanced practitioner, a child or senior citizen, I know that they are all equal and all have something to teach me.
